What a wonderful weekend with General Conference and Easter! There is a very musically talented family in our ward, and they put on a concert for Easter. Throughout the week Soeur Yee On and I were trying to invite everyone we could. After all the calls, texts, and giving out flyers, we ended up having 5 amis come! And one of them even brought her daughter! The concert was amazing and it was all focused on the life of the Savior, and ended with song about how He was resurrected and that He lives. The spirit was there and I felt so happy that our investigators were able to experience it too! To top the weekend off, General Conference was amazing! It was my first time watching it all in French, and it was actually really cool. When I watched it in French I was focusing on what the spirit was telling me and not so much of what the speaker was saying. It was a great experience and I got a lot of answers to my questions. We also had zone conference this week. We focused on the convincing power of the Book of Mormon, the Holy Ghost, our testimonies, and a blessing that Elder Christofferson gave our mission. It was really good, and I learned a lot about what I need to do to teach with that convincing power. Besides that, we had a good week of finding, teaching, and doing what missionaries do. Nothing incredibly funny happened this week, but I did see a crow eating a dead rat... anyways have a great week!! - Soeur Glazier Exchanges with Soeur Bybee. Translation: Still Here Zone Conference
