Hello! France is great, but we are all sad that they don't celebrate Halloween here. Whenever we see a pumpkin or something we get so excited! Going a long with the spooky week, we had dinner with a member! It was so crazy trying to find where they live! The elders were going too and we were were trying to lead each other the best we could. It was all in the dark so we were really trying our best. As we were trying to find it we decided to start following our GPS. We were driving and then it told us to turn onto this small road with huge trees hanging over it. We drove through, but little did we know it was actually someone's private property! Once we got to the house we wanted to run away! The house looked kind of scary like it was from some sort of horror movie! I refused to get out because I was afraid of the consequences. So the elders got out of their car and ran after us, so they could help back us out. We finally made it to the members home and had some yummy crepes! This week we also had a lesson with S...! And this time her whole family was there! We talked about our Savior Jesus Christ and how he has done so much for us. During the lesson we asked her if she felt closer to God and Jesus Christ as she has been praying. She said she had and that she had received an answer to her prayers! She said she knew she needed to keep meeting with us! We were so happy and we are so excited to continue to help her progress. This week we also had stake conference and zone conference. It was all woohoo good! In stake conference we had one of the seventy come (can't remember his name, but he is from italy) and he talked about having faith even when it is hard. We always need to keep our faith! When we have faith in Jesus Christ, we trust and believe that everything will work out. We can know that because of what He has done for us. He has felt everything! And because of Him, no matter how hard our circumstances are, as we act in faith, we can return to live with Heavenly Father and His son Jesus Christ again. I know that is true. The scriptures testify it. I love the gospel!! - Soeur Glazier Stake Conference with half of my MTC district. Zone Conference Family in the ward from the UK Mickey Mouse crepe President's P-day P. S here is a little note from Soeur Driggs
Hello everyonnne! This is Soeur Driggs (hehehe Grace) and I live with your dear friend/relative/neighbor Soeur Glazier (hehehe Maddy). SOOOOOO since tomorrow is Halloween we wanted to do something spooooky and swap emails. So hellooo! I would first and foremost like to say that Soeur Glazier is the most incredible being on the planet. The Beez Kneez as you kids say. We've basically been married for 3 months. Wow. it's been an absolute dream. We are still in the "honeymoon phase". Sometimes we watch movies for date night, or we sing in the car (Soeur Glazier is a very talented singer), or we wear facemasks. And we have matchy Hogwarts sweaters. I know you all WISH you had what she and I have, but i'm sorrry, i dont think it's possible! Seriously seriously though, she's amazing. K? We talk about basically everything. Anyways, it's been nice to chat with you all for a second! I LOVE MADDY!!!!!!!! -Soeur Driggs
