Another hot week in Grenoble has came and gone, which hopefully means cooler days to come! We got to start our week off with zone conference in Lyon! And I am proud to say that I was able to get Soeur Perry and myself through the metros and buses without having to ask anyone! I think it was a first, so I had to give myself a pat on the back for that. So we made it to the chapel and had a wonderful zone conference. Recently we found out that our mission is going to start Facebook proselytizing, so most of the conference was helping us to prepare for it. We don't know when it is going to start but I believe it will be sometime this month which will be exciting. There are so many different ways to be able to share the gospel with others and Facebook is a tool that we will be able to use. We never know what impact the little things we do can have on others. Just by sharing a quote or a Mormon message can really help someone. This week has been a little harder than usual. A lot of our lessons fell through, which was really hard when our lessons are with amis. Lately none of our amis have been progressing, and it has been hard to get appointments because of the summer. But we keep trying and we are doing the best we can! It is easy to get discouraged but I know that Heavenly Father is carrying more of the work than we are. Sometimes I feel like it's all up to me and I forget that my companion is there helping me and most importantly that Heavenly Father is there guiding me. Even when things don't seem to be working the way we want them to, I know that I need to trust Him. His ways are better than my ways so I might as well make it easier on myself and turn to the Lord in everything I do. But even with a difficult week we still have happy moments! Our recent convert Ch... was the only one who showed up to English class so we just talked to her in English. It was so good to have that time with her and to get to know her better. She loves the gospel so much. She is always reminding us to send her a scripture text, and is always asking what the next lesson is going to be about so she can prepare for it. We had a lesson with her this week and she was so excited to tell us that she was going to bear her testimony in sacrament. It made me so happy to see her at the pulpit bearing her testimony that she knows that Jesus Christ is our Savior and that He lives. I feel so blessed that I have been able to see her change and turn to the savior. Ch... is amazing! She even invited us to her house for dinner and she made delicious mousse! Well, this is the last week of the transfer and then it is on to the next! It is crazy how much time has gone by and it is crazy how much I have changed! From knowing no French to being able to have conversations with people, from feeling so lost to learning to rely on my Savior, and so much more! My relationship with the Savior is growing and my love for Him is growing. I know He lives! I love you all! - Soeur Glazier Basic diet!
