This week started as an "euh" kind of week, but it ended with an explosion of blessings! Throughout the week we were having a hard time getting a hold of our amis, and a lot of them stopped keeping their commitments. Things felt like they were falling about and we were trying to catch it all with sticks. Saturday there was a baptism for a little girl in the ward and the Albanian family that we are teaching came! It was their first time seeing a baptism, so they were asking lots of questions. In that moment I felt so happy and full of gratitude for my Heavenly Father. Then the four of us missionaries did a musical number and I felt so happy and grateful that I get to share the message of the gospel with people. A couple of hours later we had a ward talent show. Us missionaries were the opening act and did a skit about the life of a missionary in France. I love the ward here! Watching all of their talents and spending time together made me so happy and blessed to be here again. Even though it was hard throughout the week, I had a ward family that I could be with to lift my spirits. Then Sunday came around and a member brought a friend to church! Her name is C... and we are going to start teaching her! She was doing some research about the church and she knew a member and was asking him questions. He then invited her to come to church with him and she said she felt like it was a family. So over all, I have learned that you can have family where ever you are. I am excited to be home and be with my family again, but I have family here in France too. Wow, I love the gospel!! Hope you all have a great week, and get ready for conference!
