Hello! So we had transfers and I get to spend my 10th transfer with Soeur Yee On!! She is from Tahiti so I'm going to try to learn some Tahitian too, hehe. We actually are in the same transfer and we will go home together. It's been a fun first day together. Most of the week we were visiting a lot of people since Soeur Blackham wanted to say goodbye. It was a lot of fun, but everywhere we went they gave us so much food! I never went to bed hungry, haha. One member took us out to a fancy French restaurant and it was so good! It was the Frenchest place I have eaten, so I can check that off the bucket list. A few weeks ago I read a talk in the December Ensign that Soeur Blackham told me about called, "You Gotta Believe". It's about a college student at BYU who doesn't know what he is doing with his life and it is really hard for him. He was losing hope that Heavenly Father could help him. He felt like Heavenly Father could help anyone but him. One day he was walking in the rain and Jeffery R. Holland (the BYU President at the time) saw him and said he could give him a ride. While they were in the car, they were talking about it, and Jeffery R Holland said that his problem was that he didn't believe. It wasn't about his testimony, but that he didn't believe that he could have a miracle. It's such a good talk that you all should read it. It made me think about the mission and how sometimes (a lot of the time) I think the same thing. I believe every other missionary can have a miracle but me. But I need to believe! I need to believe that Heavenly Father will help my investigators overcome a trial, or that I can find his children who are ready, or that I can say what the Lord wants me to say, etc. I need to believe that Heavenly Father will be there through it all. Anyways, it is a such a good pick me up talk. So if you need a pick me up, I recommend you read it! Well, winter is coming to an end and things are starting to warm up in France! Have a wonderful week! - Soeur Glazier The Talence Crew The Last Sunday with Sr. Blackham District Meeting
