What a week it had been! It has been busy but full of blessings! On Tuesday we went to the church to download some videos to share with some less actives. After downloading we go to the door to pray and we see this guy standing in front of the Church just looking at it. So we quickly pray and we run out to talk to him. We go up to him and ask if we can help him with anything and he responds, "yeah, can you tell me more about this church?" Yes, yes we can! :) So we gave him a quick run through the restoration and gave him a Book of Mormon and we will hopefully be meeting with him sometime this week. I also went to Ecully for exchange with Sœur Margin. It was a lot of fun, but it was so hot. We were just so hot. We would go to people's door and they wouldn't talk to us, but they would give us water :) Exchange with Sœur Margin. We mostly spoke in French since she is from Tahiti. Then on Friday we were going to the church to get ready for a lesson, but on the way to the church we saw some people moving. We stopped and we both thought we should go back and help them. But as we turn this guy comes up to us and asked if we could tell him about our church. So once again we talked a little bit about the restoration, exchanged numbers, and invited him to church. But he said he wouldn't be able to come since he works Sunday mornings. We were pretty sad, but we thought that with faith he would be able to come to church. Later that day he texted us to make sure we didn't forget about him and to ask when we could have a lesson with him.
Next thing I know, Sunday roles around. We are there welcoming people and what do you know, the guy we met in front of the Church that said he couldn't come to church on Sundays came to church! We were so surprised. He said he really wanted to come so he did what he could to come. So we gave him a tour of the Church and then he stayed for Sacrament meeting. So cool! We are also going to be having a baptism for our Amis Pr... this week. We are so excited! This is the last week of the transfer, let's do this! Love you all! -Sœur Glazier
