Well, to start the week off we had zone conference! So all the sisters got to sleepover! Soeur Blackham and I had to present about finding and we focused on Abinadi. He went to talk King Noah and his people, not knowing if any one would accept his message. But he went anyways because of his love for the Lord. We talked about how important it is to talk to everyone because we love the Lord (thanks papa). After zone conference we got in the car and drove to Brive for exchanges! Brive is beautiful!! I got to spend the day with Soeur Yee On. We had a good day talking to people and had some great lessons. Oh, and Brive is known for their eclairs. They are so good and so huge! We were having such good exchanges that we missed our train to Bordeaux. So we were stuck for some time and then made it to Periguex and got stuck there for a while and didn't make it to Bordeaux until really late. The rest of the week was really good and we got to talk to a lot of cool people. At one point we were contacting and decided to pray and ask Heavenly Father where we should go. We prayed and then we thought about it for a bit. After some time Soeur Blackham asked me what I was thinking, and for some reason I was thinking, "let's read the scriptures". So we pulled the scriptures and just opened the scriptures. We came across Romans 8:14-28. One if my favorites that we read was verse 28. "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." It was such a comforting scripture. We should be doing what the Lord asks us to do because we love Him. As we are doing that, He will guide us according to His purpose. Now a crazy story! We went to a members for crepe night and it was so good. But once we were done eating my stomach was really hurting. I thought I could deal with it, but soon it became unbearable and I leaned over to Soeur Blackham and told her that I wasn't feel good. In that moment I started to get really dizzy and my whole body went extremely pale, and I started to lose feeling in my hands and shaking, So they had to call the emergency number. They gave me a blessing and after a little bit, I started to get color back in my face, the feeling in my hands came back, and I was feeling better besides the pain in my stomach. It ended up taking an hour for a doctor to come, so I'm glad I wasn't dying! Turns out I have the stomach flu, and my body just crashed. So I'm on bed rest. So it was quite an adventure!
